Molly McCann scored a contender for KOTY with her March win at UFC London
Scoring her second straight victory in a main card clash with Brazil’s Luana Carolina at UFC London back in March, Molly McCann landed a surefire contender for Knockout of the Year with a stunning spinning back elbow in the third round.
6-2 as a professional, Goldy most recently snapped a run of two straight fights as she defeated Emily Whitmire at UFC Vegas 37 back in September of last year. The official UFC Europe account confirmed McCann’s return against Goldy on Twitter.

12-4 as a professional, McCann, a former Cage Warriors flyweight champion, managed to snap her own two-fight losing skid back at UFC Vegas 36 in September of last year, battling over the course of three rounds to defeat Ji Yeon Kim.
In three other UFC victories since her promotional landing back in May 2018, McCann has bested Priscila Cachoeira, former KSW champion, Ariane Lipski, and common-opponent, Diana Belbita.
Suffering a unanimous decision loss to Belbita in July of last year after a prior judging loss to Miranda Granger, Goldy made her professional bow against common-foe, Gillian Robertson, scoring a unanimous decision win.
A product of Dana White’s Contender Series back in June 2019 in a strawweight matchup, Goldy earned her Octagon deal with a unanimous decision win over Kali Robbins.
UFC London takes place on July 23. from The O2 Arena in London, England – with a heavyweight main event between Curtis Blaydes, and Tom Aspinall slated to take headlining status in the capital.
