    Below, catch 13 fight announcements even the most avid of UFC and Bellator fans may have missed last week, including the confirmation of a championship double-header in April, the quickfire main event debut return of Bobby Green, and an addition to UFC London.

    Danaa Batgerel vs. Chris Gutierrez

    Set to return at UFC Vegas 49 next weekend, Mongolia native, Danaa Batgerel meets with Chris Gutierrez. Batgerel returns following a first round knockout win over Brandon Davis back in October, while Gutierrez enters the bout in a two-fight winning run following a split decision win over Felipe Corales also in October.

    Mayra Bueno Silva vs. Wu Yanan

    Brazil’s Mayra Bueno Silva is booked to return on April 16. in a showdown against the faltering, Wu Yanan. Silva makes the walk off the back of a loss to Manon Fiorot, while Yanan dropped a pair of losses recently, including a decision loss to Joselyn Edwards.

    Cat Zingano vs. Pam Sorenson

    Set for Bellator 276, promotional perfect featherweight contender, Cat Zingano meets former Invicta FC champion, Pam Sorenson, Zingano enters the bout off the back of a two-fight winning run, most recently stopping Olivia Parker with an April armbar. For Sorenson, the Minnesota native dropped a loss to Arlene Blencowe last time out.

    Lyoto Machida vs. Fabian Edwards

    Former UFC light heavyweight champion, Lyoto Machida is set for an outing against Fabian Edwards at Bellator London on May 14. – most recently dropping a decision loss to Ryan Bader, while Edwards has suffered a pair of losses to both Costello van Steenis, and then Austin Vanderford.

    Tatsuro Taira vs. Carlos Candelario

    The undefeated Tatsuro Taira is set for his Octagon bow on April 30. – taking on Carlos Candelario. The 10-0 Taira most recently defeated Alfredo Mualad, while Candelario suffered a Contender Series loss to Victor Altamirano.

    A.J. McKee vs. Patricio Pitbull 2

    Booked to headline a Bellator event on April 15. – a featherweight title rematch between defending champion, the undefeated, A.J. McKee and former two-weight champion, Patricio Pitbull. McKee stopped Pitbull back in July with a first round standing guillotine win.

    Vadim Nemkov vs. Corey Anderson

    Co-headlining the same event, light heavyweight champion, Vadim Nemkov defends his crown against Corey Anderson. Nemkov most recently chalked up a win over Julius Anglikas, while Anderson stopped the aforenoted, Bader with an opening minute knockout last time out.

    Islam Makhachev vs. Bobby Green

    Now slated to headline UFC Vegas 49 next weekend, Islam Makhachev, who was originally booked to meet with Beneil Dariush, now draws the short-notice replacement, Bobby Green in a 160lbs catchweight headliner. Makhachev enters following a win over Dan Hooker, while Green defeated Nasrat Haqparast just two weeks’ ago at UFC 271.

    Ramiz Brahimaj vs. Michael Gillmore

    Submission ace, Ramiz Brahimaj enters a UFC Vegas 49 bout with Michael Gillmore following a decision loss to Court McGee, while Gillmore dropped a knockout loss to Andre Petroski in his Octagon debut.

    Jai Herbert vs. Ilia Topuria

    Set for a lightweight division climb, undefeated striker, Ilia Topuria features against Jai Herbert at UFC London on March 19. Herbert’s most recent win came with a first round knockout win over Khama Worthy, while Topuria stopped Ryan Hall with ground strikes at UFC 264 in July.

    Darren Elkins vs. Tristan Connelly

    Division veteran, Darren Elkins is booked to take on Tristan Connelly at a UFC event on April 30. Elkins’ most recent outing ended in a knockout loss to Cub Swanson, while Connelly dropped a decision loss to Pat Sabatini back in April at UFC 261.
