Former two-time UFC light heavyweight titleholder, Jon ‘Bones’ Jones has called his former head coach and longtime mentor, Mike Winkeljohn a “miserable b*stard” — alledging the Jackson-Wink MMA co-founder has been “harassing” coaches who continue to work with him after he suspended Jones from attending the facility following his most recent arrest.

Jones, a former two-time undisputed light heavyweight champion, was arrested back on September 24. last in Las Vegas, Nevada near the grounds of the Ceasars Palace Hotel & Casino, and is facing charges of misdemeanor battery domestic violence, allegedly against his longtime fiancée, Jessie Moses, as well as a felony charge of tampering or injuring a vehicle.

Following his latest arrest, Jones was suspended from attending his longtime home base, Jackson-Wink MMA in Albuquerque, New Mexico by Winkeljohn, who informed Jones that he would no longer be able to attend, urging him to deal with his alcohol abuse issues.

Responding to Winkeljohn’s public condemning of his latest arrest, Jones claimed that he was “hurt” to lose the support of his longtime head coach, before thanking coaches who had stuck by his side.

Had a heartbreaking conversation over the phone with one of my longtime coaches (Mike Winkeljohn) last night, really hurts to lose the support of someone I respect so much,” Jones tweeted. “Sincere (sic) thank you to the rest of the coaches for staying in the fight with. Our journey continues.

However, Jones has since launched a stunning tirade against Winkeljohn, questioning the morals of the Jackson-Wink MMA trainer, before calling him a “miserable b*stard” and alleging that the head coach had been “harassing” coaches from the facility who elected to continue training him.

Coach Wink (Mike Winkeljohn) gets on national TV and tells the world he wants the best for me, and then behind the scenes harassing the other coaches for continuing to work with me,” Jones tweeted. “Miserable b*stard.

This dude (Winkeljohn) somehow found a way to run away every single one of Greg’s (Jackson) original fighters,” Jones tweeted. “I can’t think of a Jackson’s veteran that still talks with his ass whole (sic).

I didn’t leave the team (Jackson-Wink MMA) because I couldn’t handle a punishment,” Jones tweeted. “I left the gym because I wasn’t training with Wink (Winkeljohn) anymore anyways. This man hasn’t taught the students a new technique since I met him.

What type of friend gets on national TV and airs his “brother’s” dirty laundry,” Jones tweeted. “That was his opportunity to take a moral high ground over someone who trust in him. He didn’t give two sh*ts about what actually happened that night (September 24.) Anything, anything for some publicity.”

If I was such a monster, he (Winkeljohn) wouldn’t be still trying to monetize off me being a former student there,” Jones tweeted. “There’s a Jon Jones poster in almost every wall in that building (Jackson-Wink MMA).

Wink (Winkeljohn) suspending me from the team changed absolutely nothing for me,” Jones tweeted. “I’m still working with the same exact coaches on the same exact schedule we have been on over the last two years.

Just don’t go on TV and pretend to give a sh*t about someone who has made you so much money over the years, giving you so many world championships, and then behind closed doors secretly try to crush them,” Jones tweeted. “Real douche bag move Mike.”

We literally had a convicted rapist training on the team for years and now all of a sudden he (Winkeljohn) has morals,” Jones tweeted. “Get out of here.
