Conor McGregor on fighting RDA: “I’m in for sure.”

Rafael Dos Anjos defeated Paul Felder at UFC Vegas 14 last night. Most notably, this was RDA’s first fight in the Lightweight division for four years. After a stint in the Welterweight division, RDA changed his body and prepared for another run at the 155lbs title he once owned.

Afterwards, in his post fight interview, Michael Bisping asked RDA what he wanted next. RDA reiterated what he was saying before the fight, which was that a fight between himself and Conor McGregor makes the most sense. This is due to the two of them being the only fighters to hold the Undisputed Lightweight title in recent years, not named Khabib Nurmagomedov. You can see the interview below.

“Me and Conor are the only real Champions in that division.”

‘The Notorious’ then responded, first giving props to both fighters.

“Respect to both men for making this fight and event happen tonight.
Good fight!
I’m in for sure.”

McGregor then had a throwback to when the two were originally scheduled to fight for the Lightweight title.

“Dustin first, but I’m down for it all. Throwback to this classic lol.
Look at Dana hahahah

El Chap!”

Conor McGregor is currently scheduled to rematch Dustin Poirier in January.
