Former UFC Heavyweight Champion and MMA legend, Mark Coleman, had a heart attack on Wednesday, and was in hospital receiving treatment.
Coleman was the first ever UFC Heavyweight Champion and also the first inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame. Many MMA fans will also know Coleman for his infamous stint in Pride FC, and he also trained with many UFC legends over the years.
Earlier in the week, ‘The Hammer’ tweeted that he had a heart attack and was in hospital trying to figure things out. Fortunately, he also said that he should be okay.

Coleman has now posted an update from his Instagram too, stating that his chest locked up and his arm went numb. But he also said that it is not his time yet, it’s time to live.
